  2. Tap “Discover the benefits of XivaHub” to get started.
  3. Enter your business name, choose a category and type from the available options.
  4. Add your contact details (including email, phone number, and location).
  5. Write a short description in the "About Us" section to explain what your business does.

Not only that — you can make your profile stand out by adding your services, connecting your social media profiles, and even linking to your website (if you have one). You can also upload a portfolio of your work to showcase your best projects. And the best part? Your profile goes live instantly and becomes searchable right away.

Is it free to list my business on XivaHub?

Yes — unbelievable, isn’t it? Listing your business on XivaHub is absolutely free. It only takes a few minutes to set up your online business profile using the Xivamobile app. You can also accept digital payments through Xiva for a small fee — and get paid as soon as the next day. Learn more.

How can I get a verified badge for my listing?

To get verified, simply tap the “Start Verification” button in the Xiva app. We use a trusted third-party provider for ID verification. As part of this process, you’ll be asked to:

  • Take a photo of a valid ID document (such as a passport, national ID card, or driving licence)
  • Take a selfie to confirm your identity
  • Provide basic information about yourself and your business
  • Upload a proof of address document (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, etc.)

Once your submission is approved, your profile will receive a verified badge. This badge builds trust with customers and unlocks premium features like payments, bookings, and more!

Can I link my social media or website to my XivaHub listing?

Yep, you can link your social media handles to your business profile and flaunt your skills. You can also link your existing website (if any) to your profile and get discovered. Impress your customers with a new business profile and that too with no extra cost. Isn’t that stonking!!

Can I upload photos to my profile and portfolio and how?

I do not see my business category in the proposed list of categories. How do I proceed to list my business?

If your category isn't listed, please select "Other" and enter your specific business category.

First, you’ll need a verified account to start accepting payments with Xiva.

Once verified, accepting payments is as easy as pie! Here are the available options:

  • Online checkout: Clients can pay directly through an online checkout page when booking your services on XivaHub.
  • In-person payments: Generate a QR code for fast and easy face-to-face payments.
  • Remote payments: Create a payment link and share it via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or social media.

How do I manage my availability for bookings?

Xiva gives you full control over your schedule, helping you manage your business more efficiently. Once your account is verified, simply set your business hours in the Xiva mobile app. Your availability will then be visible to customers online — making it easier than ever to receive bookings without the hassle. You can choose to make your bookings either pre-paid or post-paid. That’s not all, Xiva will send automated appointment reminders, confirmations and cancellations to you and your clients. Isn’t that awesome!

Can I disable the booking functionality on my page, but still be listed?

Yes, definitely. You can keep your profile live on XivaHub and turn off bookings whenever you like. You’re in control. You can choose to show or hide specific services, switch your booking schedule on or off, and still stay visible so customers can view what you offer.

How do I change the details in my XivaHub listing?

You can easily update your XivaHub listing details. Just log in to theXiva app. From your home screen, tap the profile icon in the top left corner and go to XivaHub. You can edit your business details, contacts, social media, and jobs portfolio. Your booking settings are in the Online Booking System menu. Your services can be edited from the More > Services menu. It all goes live instantly—no faff!

What will happen to my listing if I delete my account from the Xiva app?

We’d hate to see you go! But if you decide to delete yourXiva account, your online business profile will be gone along with your Xiva account and your customers will no longer be able to view/book your services online through Xiva.

Why is my XivaHub listing offline and I’m not able to put it back online?

To stay compliant, our team regularly reviews profiles. If a listing doesn’t meet our guidelines or policies, it may be taken down temporarily. We will communicate the specific issue via email. Once you’ve updated your information, you can request to have your profile put back online. We recommend keeping your profile accurate and up to date.
